Tickmill is pleased to announce the launch of the Trading Cup 2026, a global trading competition designed to recognise performance and reward traders. Kicking off at the same time as the FIFA World Cup and running 11 June to 7 August 2026, the competition offers participants the opportunity to compete for a share of a $30,000 prize pool, distributed across 48 winners.

Participants will be ranked based on their return on investment (ROI), with leaderboard positions updated throughout the competition period. The highest-performing traders will be rewarded for their ability to generate consistent results in a competitive trading environment, where performance alone determines progression.

Entry into the Trading Cup 2026 is open to eligible Tickmill clients under the FSA Seychelles-regulated entity. Participants can join by opening a dedicated Trading Cup account through the Tickmill Client Area and depositing a minimum of $100. To make the competition as accessible as possible, all trading activity regardless of whether it’s on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, TradingView, or Tickmill’s own Tickmill Trader is eligible for the competition. Performance is measured based on closed trades, with ROI determining each participant’s position on the global leaderboard.

A total of 48 participants will receive cash prizes at the end of the competition, with rewards distributed across multiple tiers. The top-ranked trader will receive $8,000, while other high-ranking participants will earn prizes based on their final position. All awarded prizes are fully withdrawable, with no restrictions.

Tickmill Group Chief Commercial Officer Nicholas Baumer commented: “The Trading Cup 2026 brings traders from around the world together in the spirit of competition, inspired by one of the biggest sporting events on the global stage. Much like the World Cup, success is not determined by a single moment, but by preparation, discipline, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure. The competition provides participants with a structured environment to put their skills to the test, track their progress, and see how they measure up against traders from across the globe. We invite our clients to join the Trading Cup 2026 and compete for a place among the tournament’s top performers.”
